On November 30th, exactly 14 years to the day we brought her home, our sweet Mango crossed the Rainbow Bridge. She was at home with her family right where she needed to be, and went out on her own terms (as if she would have it any other way). She was a happy girl up until she said goodbye and is now resting peacefully. We will miss her tremendously.
Mango lived 6 years after her diabetic diagnosis. While this is much higher than the average life expectancy, there is no reason diabetic canines can’t live a full and healthy life if properly diagnosed and treated.
Thank you to for taking truly exceptional care of our girl over the last few years. We will be eternally grateful for your dedication, and unending love you gave, to her.
