Alumni Baseball Game on Saturday January 28th 10AM at chaminade. all baseball alumni who are interested in playing shoot me a message and i'll let Mark Gubicza the alumni coach know. if you just wanna hang come on out. make sure to watch former Eagle alumni Kevin Pillar and the Toronto-Blue-Jays try and lock in the final AL playoff spot this weekend. they're up 1 game with 4 to go with 2 final games at Fenway sat and sun along with Big Papi's final regular season home game.

Chaminade College Preparatory Eagles Varsity Baseball take on Norco High School(20w-8L) at home today .

Your Eagles clinched the MIssion League Championship yesterday with a win over Crespi. They finished the regular season with an overall record of 18wins and 9losses(13w/5L league). hopefully a deep playoff run is coming in the next couple of weeks. go get em boys.

We are planning on a Chaminade Baseball Beautification Project that we are hoping to begin December 1, 2014 and have completed by February 1, 2015 in time for the new season. We are estimating that we need to raise $35,000.00. We have raised $15,000 this week from a handful of us guys who are spearheading the project. see below for the list we are working on:
• Tear down and rebuild New Boys Baseball Locker Room which is to include the following:
o 25 New player lockers similar to the Football teams but smaller
o New Air Conditioning Unit
o New Rubber surface flooring
o New T.V’s with video equipment for game and individual performance analysis
o New Chairs for each locker
o 4 New Coaches lockers
o Paint and Chaminade Decals / Slogans
• New Iron Mike Pitching Machine for Batting Cage.
• Batting Cage lighting
• Home Plate and Pitcher mound tarps
• ATV to drag the field and other maintenance
• Clay bricks for all mound and home plate areas
• 2 New L Screens ( Collegiate type )
• New pitchers rubber and home plate
• New Hollywood bases

2nd round playoff loss to Los Alamitos 4-3 ends the Eagles season. Next up a possible Alumni Baseball golf tournament in September/October.
