ll serve as an intergenerational facility – where children and adults will participate in a variety of learning experiences—independently and together. It will empower both groups to “Dream Big’ to gain knowledge and skills to become better citizens of the community and world. Adults, in this community, do not have decent places to gather, exchange ideas, support the community and interact with our future—the children. Thus, the Hub will become a “Village” where adults can gather, to learn, and share their expertise to teach and mentor future generations! has a highly engaged Board of Directors which consists primarily of retired and current educators, ministers, business leaders and interested citizens who meet at least once a month in the fellowship hall of the Pettis Memorial C. Church, under the leadership of Pastor William Gant which is located in the community of West Side School. These citizens have been meeting on a continuous basis, since, April, 2012. Celebrate Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and our Local Civil Rights Leaders from the 50's and 60's by participating in the MLK, Jr. Parade on January 19, 2026. This is a collaboration with the West Side Community Hub, Inc., City of HWH, The Honorable Mayor Joseph Whitfield, MID-Delta Community Service, 870-338-3411 or 338-3412, and Delta Cultural Center.
