It wasn’t about the numbers—it was about the moment.
What started as a small, intimate gathering turned into a truly beautiful experience. I had the chance to spend quality 1-on-1 time with a family of four, drawing together, sharing conversation, and breaking bread with a pizza pie 🍕.

We worked side by side to help them create their own family canvas—something meaningful they can take home and keep forever. Moments like this remind me why I do this work. Art has a way of bringing people closer, creating memories, and turning simple moments into something special. Grateful for the connection, the creativity, and the community.

✨ What a day!
Today’s event was an absolute blast — full of smiles, laughter, and creativity everywhere you turned. Seeing kids, families, and community members come together under one roof to create, connect, and celebrate what we’ve built through The Duce Foundation is exactly what keeps me motivated.

Every workshop, every conversation, every high-five reminds me why this mission matters — giving people a space to express themselves freely and reminding them that art has power. 💛

And to top it all off — I’ll be in the newspaper again! 🗞️ It’s a blessing to see the Duce movement continue to grow and gain recognition, not just for the art itself, but for the message behind it: community, creativity, and connection.

Thank you to everyone who came out, supported, and shared love today. You’re all part of the story.

Today’s Kickback, Relax & Create workshop at the Marriott Residence Inn in Hamden was a huge success! We had the joy of meeting and feeding so many amazing guests, kids, and families who came out to support. The smiles, laughter, and creativity filled the room with so much love and positive energy.
