Summer is here! The pool is open, and everyone is enjoying themselves. However, we need to remind everyone to be respectful of the community. We are consistently seeing trash throughout the property, signs of leftover fireworks, pet waste in common areas, pool equipment being misused, and the pool area left a mess. We need everyone’s cooperation in keeping this community clean and safe! We cannot enjoy the pool, common areas, park, or the association if everyone does not treat the HOA with respect. If you see someone abusing the property, please report it to us directly and if you see trash, please help us by picking it up and disposing of it properly. Lastly, please ensure you do not have any personal property on the lawn on scheduled mow days. The landscaper will not be responsible if it is left out and your property is damaged. We have the annual gutter cleaning scheduled for next week. They will be on the property Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday clearing all gutters and downspouts. Please do your best to keep animals inside and the areas accessible. We appreciate your cooperation!

Found Kitten! A resident within the association has found a lost kitten. If you believe the kitten is yours please contact us and we can coordinate to get it back to you. 🐱

The pool vendor has indicated the arrival of delayed chemical shipments with confirmation from their suppliers of intended continuation of shipments. This will allow for the pool to remain open normal hours for the time being! Woo hoo! 😎 Enjoy your summer and stay safe!

Due to nationwide chlorine shortages, the Board has elected to reduce weekly pool usage as recommended by Alliance, in effort to keep the pool open in some capacity for the remainder of the season.

Beginning Monday, July 5th, 2021, the pool will only be open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Alliance will continue to communicate with the pool vendor to monitor the chemical supplies. Please check your inbox for all of the details. Thank you for your understanding

Dear Residents, the association pool will be closed for the season on Tuesday September 8th 2020. We hope you are all having a wonderful summer and enjoy your Labor Day weekend!

The Meadows HOA
2020 Pool Season Regulations

The pool is scheduled to open Friday May 22nd, 2020 and will close Labor Day weekend. The pool hours are 10:00 am to 9:00 pm. The code is 123789 and may change periodically throughout the season. We will provide updates as the code changes.

These regulations have been put in place due to COVID-19 and are required by the Weber-Morgan Health Department and the CPO.

 Social distancing (6 foot spacing) required whenever using association common areas.
 No more than 15 people allowed in the pool at one time.
 Pool furniture, tables, etc. are prohibited.
 Do not use the pool if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or have been in contact with anyone that has tested positive for COVID-19 within the last two weeks.

Please note that any violation of these rules could result in the health departments shutting down the pool for the remainder of the season.

Effective Monday March 23rd the Meadows Clubhouse will be closed. We will not be allowing any reservations until further notice. We want to do everything we can to ensure the safety of the community and our residents during this time.
