• Community of Light Meditation:
Tuesday and Wednesday at 6 PM

• Hungarian Community of Light Meditation:
Thursday at 12 PM (free)
Please note: this program will be held in Hungarian, without English translation. Everyone is welcome to join and experience the energy beyond words.

Find joy in your meditations.

This week, we offer many opportunities to meditate in our growing LSC community.

On Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday at 6 pm, the Community of Light Meditations invites you to connect and relax in the light, finding joy in your connection with yourself and others. Drop-in sessions are $10.

At 12 pm on Tuesday, we offer a free Meditation Break.

These meditations are available both in person at the Light Source Center in West Hartford, CT and online via Zoom from anywhere in the world. 🌍

On Tuesday at noon, we also offer a free Meditation Break from 12–12:30 pm.

This week at The Light Source Center we invite you to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy being in community.

We have several opportunities to join us for meditation, whether you are brand new or already have a steady practice. These gatherings offer a simple way to pause, breathe, and come back to yourself.

Here is what is happening this week:

Monday
6–7 PM — Community of Light Meditation

Tuesday
12–12:30 PM — Community of Light Meditation Break (free)
6–7 PM — Community of Light Meditation

Wednesday
6–7 PM — Healing Community of Light Meditation

Thursday
9–10 AM — Otis Library Community Outreach Meditation in Otis, MA (free)
7:30–9:30 PM — Introduction to Energy Photography with Kim Philley

Single meditation sessions are $10, or you can join us for the month with unlimited meditations for $50.

We are also looking forward to celebrating LSC’s 27th Birthday this weekend on Sunday, July 26, from 11 AM–2 PM, with a Jazz Brunch featuring Adrian Hutson, a potluck, and cake. Friends and family are welcome.
