Blown away by my visit to Bassick High's Tango Flight School in Bridgeport. These students are building an FAA certified aircraft from scratch that they'll then fly. What a remarkable educational opportunity — hope to be back soon and looking forward to seeing how you all soar in your future endeavors.

Students at RHAM High School got a hands-on lesson in aviation today when a helicopter landed on the school’s lacrosse field. The landing was part of an aerospace engineering class at the school, and the chopper was piloted by state Rep. Steve Weir.
