The Lincoln County Health Department has partnered with a non-profit organization called The Period Education Project. The Period Education Project hosts PEP Rallies both in person, and virtual. The one that will be offered to us will be virtual and FREE. These education sessions talk about menstrual health in terms that younger girls can understand, and be more prepared for. This session will be targeted towards girls ages 9-12 years old. Medical students from Marshall University will also be speaking, and assisting. This session isn't only for the girls, it is also for the parents, caregivers, mentors, and guardians as well. This is a non judgemental session, and way to get the girls actively engaged!

Anyone interested MUST sign up to receive the email link. Please share as this is not just for Lincoln County. Thank you!
