Hope to see everyone this evening. Please bring a friend!

I know that midweek services can be challenging with busy schedules, work, school, and everything else that fills our week. But I want to encourage you to make an effort to come and bring your children and grandchildren to our Wednesday night Youth Group and Bible Study.

Our youth service is designed to equip and prepare our young people in the things of God while also providing an enjoyable and encouraging atmosphere where they can learn, grow, and fellowship together.

At the same time, our adults have the opportunity to receive biblical teaching on various subjects and passages of Scripture, helping us grow in our knowledge and understanding of God’s Word.

So, I want to encourage you—please make an effort to be with us. Bring your children. Bring your grandchildren. Make Wednesday night a priority for your family.

I truly believe the time you invest will be well worth it. We would love to have you with us!

⚡Diapers and formula and more available Thursday, October 15th⚡

Families with custody of children ages 2 and younger can receive diapers, wipes, formula, and more at no cost. Car seats and pack 'n plays are available for $15 each.

Scripture: Matthew 5:17

THE PURPOSE OF THE LAW (MATTHEW 5:17)

In Matthew 5:17, Jesus declares, “Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.”

To understand these words, we must understand the purpose of the law. God’s law reveals His holiness, exposes our sin, and shows our need for a Saviour. It cannot give sinful people the righteousness it requires, but it points us to Christ, who perfectly obeyed its commands and fulfilled what the Law and the Prophets foretold.

As we study this passage, we will see how the law directs us to Jesus and how its fulfillment in Him shapes our lives as His followers.
