🎯 LADIES DAY IS ALMOST HERE! 🎯
We’re getting closer to Ladies Day on October 4th, and we’re so excited to have everyone join us for another great day!

👕 LADIES DAY SHIRTS! 👕
Shirts are available in:
• Men’s cut
• Women’s V-neck
• Women’s crew neck

We will have a limited quantity of extra shirts available for purchase the day of the event, but quantities and sizes will be limited.

All proceeds from shirt sales will go directly toward helping us make next year’s Ladies Day event even bigger and better!

As we get closer to the big day, here are a few important reminders:

⏰ SCHEDULE
• Event begins at 9:00 AM
• Check-in: 8:00–8:45 AM
• Safety briefing: 8:45 AM

Please arrive on time so we can stay on schedule!

We highly suggest you wear closed toe shoes, longer pants and crew neck shirts for the event.

☔️🌞 RAIN OR SHINE
Ladies Day will take place rain or shine, so please come prepared for the weather!

👥 GROUPS
We do our best to accommodate participants who registered together by keeping them in the same group. However, due to the size of the event, we cannot guarantee that all friends will be grouped together.
Groups cannot be changed the day of the event, as changes can significantly impact station flow and the overall schedule.

🎯 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
You’ll get to participate in axes, archery, r***e, pistol, muzzleloader, and trap, along with a fun co****le station!

We’ll also have a cash raffle table with some great prizes, so don’t forget to check it out!

🍔 FOOD
Lunch is provided and will include hamburgers and hot dogs. A small breakfast will also be available for those who arrive early.

⏰ END TIME
We expect the event to wrap up around 3:30 PM.

Hey there, we’ve just reopened registration for Ladies Day with limited spots available! Grab your spot quickly through the link—it’s first-come, first-served. We’ll do our best to get you in your preferred group, but we can't make any guarantees. Rain or shine, we’re ready to go, so come prepared to rotate through some awesome stations and try out different methods of the sport. Plus, there will food and over $3,000 in raffle prizes up for grabs!
