Baltimore & Howard Rabbit & Cavy Breeders Association is a local all breed rabbit and cavy club. The club usually holds two rabbit and cavy shows a year, one in the spring and one in the fall . Shows are held at the Howard County Fairgrounds located in West Friendship, Maryland. The club meets on the second Monday of the month, September through May at 7 PM in West Friendship.

Our trophies for youth for our April 11, 2026 show. Easy2Show has the current, updated show catalog, where the catalog on the ARBA web site might still be the older version. I have submitted newer versions but for some reason the ARBA site won't update.

The youth show is sanctioned by Hare Raisers, so youth can enter the same rabbit in youth and also in open.

Please use the online entry through Easy2Show for Baltimore & Howard for open, and Hare Raisers for youth.

Rabbit reports for April 2025 were just resent. The previous grand champion legs all had the wrong ARBA sanction numbers on them, so I just spent the last hour redoing these reports and resending them. The rabbit show reports were just sent for the open shows A&B for Baltimore & Howard and the youth show for Hare Raisers. If you did not get your report in you in box, check spam. If it's still missing, please contact Wendy Feaga at [email protected] to get a reply with the report attached. Also contact her if there is an error so we can work to fix it. Specialty clubs will get their reports next week.

Rabbit entries close at midnight tonight, April 2. If at all possible use Easy2Show.com, and search for "Baltimore" which should bring up Baltimore & Howard for the open shows, or for "Hare Raisers" which will bring up the youth show. If you really, really can't manage Easy2Show, you may e-mail the rabbit entry by tonight to [email protected]. Faith Storms has the cavy show, and that deadline is tomorrow April 3. Faith is not trying to assign 1,500+ entries, 9 judges and 3 shows, but just 70 cavies, 2 judges and 2 shows. :)

Our rabbit and cavy show is this Saturday, November 16 at the Howard Co. Fairgrounds, West Friendship.

Rabbit e-mail entries are due by midnight tonight (Tuesday, Nov 12).
Rabbit Easy2Show entries - online look for Baltimore & Howard for open and Hare Raisers for youth - close midnight tomorrow (Wednesday Nov. 13).
Rabbit changes are allowed up to 7 pm Thursday, Nov 14 by e-mailing [email protected].

Cavy online at Easy2Show and email entries close 10 pm Thursday, Nov 14. Email entries to [email protected].

Please arrive by 8 am on Saturday Nov 16 to get your exhibits settled in. Judging starts at 9 am.
