Keep catching them NDFOP Lodge 1 Sister Jorgensen!

These two responsible bike riders were "caught" by Community Engagement Officer Rhonda practicing excellent bike safety!

Each received a "citation" for wearing their helmets, which can be exchanged for a free ice cream cone at Dairy Queen. Our officers will be on the lookout all summer to reward more safe cyclists.

Remember to wear your helmets and follow bike safety rules!

In the last 24 hours we have seen 4 officers shot in different parts of the country. 2026 is shaping up to be one of the worst years for violence against law enforcement in the last decade, while violent crime craters nationwide.

Long past time for Congress to address the War on Cops in America and pass the “Protect and Serve Act”. It’s an embarrassment to our nation that this hasn’t been passed.

Please keep the officers shot in New York, Anchorage, St. Peter (MN) and Dillon (SC) in your thoughts and prayers.

To all officers, keep your head on swivel and watch each other’s backs.

NDFOP wishes you a happy and safe Juneteenth!
