Our annual fundraiser kicks off tomorrow! Our Bobcats are raising funds throughout the month of September to help support our school!! 🐾🧡💙

Please watch your Seesaw, emails, & student take home folders for all the information regarding this over the next couple of days.

Reminder- this is our ONLY large fundraiser for the year!

We will celebrate with a school wide (family) Color Fun Run & Foam Party on October 1st!

Namaste Chai will be at Brooks Harbor next Thursday, September 10th from 7-9am in the small parking lot to the east of the school! A percentage of sales comes back to our Brooks Harbor PTO!

Let’s keep our learners safe!

As the new school year approaches, let's prioritize the safety of our community by driving carefully around school zones.

Here are some tips to keep in mind:
🚗 Follow the speed limits: Always adhere to the posted speed limits near schools.
🛑 Stop completely at crosswalks: Ensure you come to a full stop at all crosswalks, especially when children are present.
🚶 Watch for pedestrians: Be vigilant for children crossing the street, even outside of designated crosswalks or intersections.
🚍 Respect school buses: Never pass a bus that is loading or unloading children.
🤚 Maintain a safe distance from school buses: Stop at least 10 feet back from a school bus to allow children to safety enter and exit the bus.

Hello, Brooks Harbor families! 👋

With school starting this week, I wanted to introduce myself. I’m Alayna Smith, and excited to be joining the PTO Board this year as Secretary.

I grew up in Wahpeton, but have called Fargo home with my husband, Todd, for more than 20 years. We have been part of the Brooks Harbor community for the past four years and have two kids, Mayson, who is heading into 2nd grade, and Avery, who is 3.

I’ve worked in the travel industry for most of my career, which has definitely fueled our family’s travel bug and each year, we try to find a new destination to explore together!

I look forward to getting to know many of you and seeing you at upcoming events. Here’s to a great school year ahead! 🧡💙
