🚨 URGENT NEED: we need YOUR help to drive golf tournament registrations ⛳️

As you know, our upcoming golf tournament is scheduled for August 17th, and we are officially entering the final stretch! We only have four weeks left of registration time, and right now, we have about 25 slots filled. (Last day of registration is set for Aug. 3).
We know it is summertime and a much-deserved break for rest and relaxation away from school. However, the PTO remains dedicated to working for our school all year long! We want to have a great turnout for this event to help represent the positive direction the PTO is moving in, as we continue our mission of supporting our incredible students and staff at WPE.
While we are in a comfortable spot with our event sponsors, we are in urgent need of golfers. We need to hit a minimum mark of 75 players to make this event the success we know it can be.
How you can help: We need everyone’s help to push the word out! Please share the tournament details with your friends, family, neighbors, and professional networks.
Here are a few key talking points you can use when spreading the word:
Individual Players Welcome: Golfers do not need a complete 4-person team to sign up. Anyone can register individually or in smaller groups, and we will happily place them into a team!
A Great Cause: This tournament is a massive opportunity for us—we have the potential to raise $10,000 before the first day of school even begins! Every registration directly impacts our ability to start the school year strong.
Any and all support you can provide to help market this event is deeply appreciated. Let's work together to smash our 75-player goal!
