As you prepare for the outing, here are some key details to remember:
Date: Friday, August 11th 2023
Location: Randall Oaks Golf Club, 4101 Binnie Road, West Dundee, IL 60118
Time: Shotgun start at 1pm - registration is 11:30am-12:30pm
Lunch is not included with the round, but swag bags will contain snacks and drinks. The bar and grill will be open if you choose to eat lunch at the course prior to the round.
Dinner & Banquet: 7pm at Randall Oaks Golf Club and is included with your round.
There will be many on-course games and events, including a couple of cash-only events that you can participate in if you choose. Here is what you can expect on the course:
Wheel of Fun: Get ready for an exhilarating spin on hole #11 with our Wheel of Fun, where you might win fabulous prizes or face daring challenges!
Roll the Dice - Drive: Make sure every player hits a good shot, as a roll of the dice will determine whose tee shot you must use on hole #1
Roll the Dice - Club: Be sure to warm up with every club before the round, because this roll of the dice will determine what club you must use for every shot of hole #16
Club Toss: Whether you hit a good or bad shot on #3, you'll be throwing clubs for a prize
Beat the Pro (cash): Gamble against the pro to win some money on hole #17
Poker (cash): Play #8 aggressive or safe? Gamble at a chance at a 50/50 pot
Longest Drive & Closest to the Pin: Hole #9 & #13 (M & W)
This year we will have a videographer as well as a photographer at the course, so just remember to have fun and save the good shots for the camera!
If you have not yet paid for your round, you can do so by card or check at the course or respond to this email and we can take care of it ahead of time. If you are no longer able to attend, please let me know ASAP.
