Want to encourage a college student this year? 🎓💌

One way we support students beyond high school is through letters and care packages — small reminders that they’re seen, supported, and not alone.

This year, we’re hoping to reach both international students and students here in the U.S. who could use some extra love and encouragement.

We’d LOVE for you to be a part of this!

🌄 Why not La Unión, Lempira?
Tucked in the western mountains of Honduras, this beautiful town is more than Ale’s hometown—it’s a place full of promise.
As we prayed about where to go deeper in Honduras, we felt led to invest here. Why?
1️⃣ Strong connections.
Ale’s family lives here, and we have trusted relationships with school and church leaders. That means meaningful collaboration is already happening.
2️⃣ Often overlooked.
Because of its remote location, La Unión doesn’t often receive outside support. We want to help bridge that gap—through education, resources, and opportunity.
3️⃣ The time is now.
Though remote, this community is ready for growth. By planting roots now, we get to walk with them into a hopeful future.
4️⃣ It’s stunning.
From the mountain views to the hospitality of its people—La Unión is a place that captures your heart. Vale la pena. 💛

One of the most striking things about landing in Honduras is just how green it is. 🌿

From above, you see banana farms, lush valleys, and towering mountains. Though the climate is hot, the land is vibrant—full of life and breathtaking beauty.

But even this natural beauty pales in comparison to the beauty of the Honduran people.
Despite their strength, many communities face deep challenges. At Sow Hope, we see untapped potential everywhere—and we exist to nurture it.

We partner with local leaders to create lasting, sustainable change. By investing in education, training, and resources, we empower people to transform their own communities from the inside out.
