🚨 URGENT: OUR VET BALANCE IS GROWING — WE NEED HELP

🏥Our current vet balance is $892, and it will continue to grow because Luciee is still in paid boarding.

🥹We have not been able to find a foster for her, and boarding is the only safe option for her right now. Every single day adds more cost.

On top of that:

• Edgar had his appointment today
• Lucy had her kidney levels rechecked
• And Luciee’s boarding continues daily

👉Three animals, three medical needs, and one rescue doing everything possible to keep them safe.

⭐️If you can help us chip away at this balance, even $10 makes a real impact.

🙏Every dollar goes directly to their care and Luciee’s boarding.

✨As a new nonprofit, this kind of support means everything.

Thank you, Diprato’s, for believing in our work and helping us reach more people in our community. 💚🐾

🐾 Rescue isn't just about the dogs we save—it's about the community that makes it possible.

🐱🐶Whether it's a local pet store hosting our adoption days or neighbors helping us care for accidental litters, every act of support creates a second chance. 🐾

🐾 Helping a Local Family & Their Accidental Litter

These four tiny Chihuahua‑mix puppies are only a couple weeks old, still nursing and staying safely with their mama. We’re working closely with the family to make sure everyone is cared for — including getting mama spayed once she’s finished nursing.

(mom and dad pictured)

Thanks to our partnerships with local pet stores, we were able to provide 250 lbs of dog food, puppy formula, treats, and even help trim mama’s nails. Support like this is exactly why community rescue matters.

If you’re interested in learning more about these puppies for pre‑adoption, please reach out. They’ll need several more weeks with their mom, but early interest helps us plan ahead for their future homes

✨PetSmart blessed our rescue in a huge way today.

💙They donated a massive amount of Science Diet and Nutro dog food, and we are so incredibly thankful for their generosity.

👉This partnership means healthier pets, fuller bellies, and more hope for the dogs in our care.

🙏Thank you, PetSmart, for believing in rescue work and standing beside us.

🚨 EDGAR IS SAFE WITH US — BUT HE NEEDS HELP 🚨

🥹Today we went to the shelter to pick up Edgar, a 12‑year‑old Chihuahua who was on the euthanasia list. He came in as a stray, and although he is microchipped, his owners never came for him.

✨We couldn’t let this tiny senior die alone.

👉While we were there, we spent time with the livestock, handed out treats, and made sure every dog got a little love.

⭐️Edgar is heartworm positive, and we need support to give him the care he deserves.

🤞If you can help with donations toward his treatment and vetting, it would mean the world.

🎀💓🩷Lila Has Found a Foster Home — and Our Heart Is So Full

🎀Sweet Lila, our 12‑year‑old Chihuahua with the mouse‑ears and gentle soul, is officially settling into her new foster home, and we couldn’t be more thankful.

✨She’s now in a calm, quiet environment with a wonderful woman who works from home — exactly what Lila needed. Even better, she has made instant friends:
🐶 Riley, her foster brother (also a rescue!)
🐱 Snow, the resident cat who has welcomed her with curiosity and kindness

💓They bonded immediately, and Lila is already relaxing, decompressing, and showing her soft little personality again.

🙏We are so grateful for people like this who open their homes and hearts to seniors who just need a safe place to land.

👉Lila is still available for adoption, and she would love a forever home where she can spend her golden years feeling loved and secure.

👉We also have multiple other dogs in our care who are looking for fosters.
We supply everything — you supply the love.

⭐️If you’ve ever thought about fostering, now is the perfect time.

🩷💜These dogs truly thrive when given a chance.

❤️ Huge Thank You to Hollywood Feed!

🙏We are beyond grateful to our partners at Hollywood Feed Forest Acres and Hollywood Feed Lexington for their incredible generosity.

🎁They gifted our rescue a huge haul of food, treats, a cozy dog bed, supplements, bones, an advent calendar, and so much more.

🩵💙🩷Their support helps us keep our Paw Pantry stocked and allows us to help even more pets in need.

👉Both locations also host our Stock the Crate donation crates, and you can Round Up at Checkout to support Brodie’s Way every time you shop. These small acts make a massive impact for the animals we serve.

💓🐕And the best part? Daisy came along for the pickup! She had an absolute blast — soaking up all the love, attention, and smiles from the Hollywood Feed team. Seeing her enjoy herself made the day even sweeter.

❤️Safe to say she loves her new bed.

✨Thank you, Hollywood Feed, for believing in our mission and standing with us to help pets who need it most.
