On Friday, November 7, 2025, we had an excellent turnout for our annual WCPOF Golf Tournament! Our team from State Street Pub came out on top, while our SLED team and Springdale team tied for second. 👏👏Congratulations to you both and thank you for choosing to serve our West Columbia community!!!

Please join us in congratulating two of our newly certified patrol officers: Lance Wampler and Steven Wyatt. Both Officers successfully completed the intensive eight week academy required of all Class I law enforcement officers in South Carolina and will now begin their field training programs at WCPD. Officer Wampler graduated with honors for scoring above a 96% average on his exams during his time at the academy. Congratulations to you both and thank you for choosing to serve our WeCo community.
