Chester County Reentry Coalition - Mentoring Project

Chester County Reentry Coalition - Mentoring Project We believe re-entry isn’t just about serving time and coming home. It’s about building a life that moves forward with dignity and purpose.

A space to heal, grow, and rebuild community—where lived experience and professional insight guide the journey from struggle to strength. [Sundays • 4:30 PM @ Providence Church] The Chester County Re-Entry Coalition is a united network of justice advocates, community leaders, and lived-experience voices working together to make Chester County safer, stronger, and more connected. Our coalition prov

ides mentorship, guidance, and access to critical resources so individuals re-entering society don’t just survive, but thrive.

[Our Mission]

To set the standard for re-entry, recovery, and reform by combining:

[Lived Experience] – The wisdom of those who have walked the path.
[Professional Support] – Backing from counselors, educators, law enforcement, and faith leaders.
[Community Collaboration] – Partnerships that turn silos into solutions. Beginning October 5th, we will meet every Sunday at 4 PM at Providence Church in West Chester to share ideas, plan initiatives, and walk alongside those who need guidance.

[What’s Coming Next]

Beginning October 19th, we will launch the Pathfinder Initiative Pilot, a 6-week, peer-led and professionally supported course designed for everyone — whether you are returning from incarceration, in recovery, or simply seeking growth. The course does not have to be completed in chronological order, but those who walk through the full six weeks from beginning to end are certain to leave with clarity, insight, and practical tools for transformation.
