Chester County's Children, Inc. Founded in 1987 by Peter P. Zion, Esq., we provide financial aid for families in crisis, and children up to the age of 21 who are living in foster care.

We also send children served by the Chester County Dept. of Children, Youth & Families to summercamp. Benefiting Children and Families in the foster care system here in Chester County, PA. Board Members Bill Friedmann and Ken Klein present a grant to Home of the Sparrow - Pennsylvania president Michelle Venema for the organization’s summer camp program. Home of the Sparrow partners with women and children facing homelessness to secure housing and achieve long-term stability.
