The Shepherd's Crook Orphan Ministry Who We Are; What We Do So TSC is also involved in providing care for the children who will not ever be able to escape their world as orphans.

The Shepherd's Crook Orphan Ministry (TSC) is a non-profit ministry in the Cincinnati area dedicated to sending the message to the 15 million true orphans of the world that they are no longer alone, although our main emphasis is on those who are at greatest risk of being forgotten--children with any type of special need; children who have passed the age of two years and so are considered difficult

to place; and children who are part of a sibling group, which makes them also very difficult to place. The best and most permanent way of doing this is to find adoptive families for each one, but the sad reality is that over 90% of orphans will never be adopted.
