Today is National Su***de Prevention Day💛
Take a moment today and reach out to friends and family to remind them how important they are in your life.
Help end the stigma and raise awareness. We want to work towards it becoming a normal conversation to talk about being depression, having anxiety and needing help. To admit that you need help does not show weakness but shows true strength to own that you need and want to get better.
Don’t be afraid to reach out we are here for you.. you are never alone!

We have TONS of T-shirts from past campaigns that we’d love to donate to those in need of clothing. This is where YOU come in. Thursday April 16th was National Semicolon Day and it was a huge turnout for us. We thank everyone who took time and showed support to such a great cause!🤍💛..
We were overwhelmed with all the videos and pictures that were sent to us and posted all over social media. ..
Even though it’s no longer national semi colon day there’s always someone to reach out to if you need it. Your story doesn’t end here.

First and foremost, we would like to thank you for your continued support of Lax-4-Life and those of you who had signed up for the 2020 lacrosse season. In light of the recent spring season cancellations, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, we wanted to still make the most of what we can.

On Thursday, April 16th in conjunction with ‘National Semicolon Day’, Lax-4-Life will be hosting a social media challenge on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook to showcase all the teams, players, and coaches who are a part of our Lax-4-Life family. On a day where the world celebrates a day for mental health awareness, we are asking all individuals who have a Lax-4-Life shirt (current season or any of our past 10 years) to post a selfie on any social media platform story or post wearing their shirts and tag along with the caption: “In honor of National Semicolon Day, I play for….” AND/OR in it! With hopes of encouraging our athletes to remember friends and family who have been affected by su***de.

REMEMBER YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
There are lot of things going on in the world right now the COVID-19 pandemic, seasons cancelled, online classes it can be a lot to handle. Please do not be afraid to reach out and ask for help if needed.
