To the Parish Hall Kitchen Community,
Autumn is upon us and Parish Hall Kitchen’s core programming continues to grow. Friday Night Suppers bring warmth and connection to our community each week, and our Meals-To-Go program ensures nourishment reaches those who need it most throughout each week.
We’re also thoughtfully evaluating the future of the Barnard Street property. While catering operations will continue, our board will reconvene to finalize a strategic plan we began earlier this year, envisioning how this space can best serve our mission moving forward. We will be sharing an update soon!
At the Heart of It All: Community
Community is more than just a word, it’s the spirit that defines Parish Hall Kitchen. It’s the hands that prepare meals, the hearts that give generously, and the voices that lift one another up. We are a community of people united by a shared purpose: to nourish and care for our neighbors in West Chester.
As the newly elected President of the Board, I am deeply moved by the collective spirit that fuels this work. Parish Hall Kitchen has never been a one-person effort. Its strength comes from volunteers, supporters, staff, and neighbors who believe in the simple power of a shared meal.
As we grow our community of volunteers, supporters, and future board members, we expand our ability to serve. The more we invest in each other, the stronger our impact becomes - not just in meals served, but in hope restored.
Parish Hall Kitchen is more than a program. It’s a reflection of what’s possible when people come together in service, compassion, and love.
With gratitude,
Tony Deimler
President, Parish Hall Kitchen Board
