It is with a heavy heart that we say goodbye to BG Richard Merion. A member of our post for our 25 years. General Merion is the reason that Army ROTC returned to West Chester University. Slow, Crisp Salute to our comrade and friend.

Celebrate the life of Richard Merion and join others in sharing memories, stories, and condolences.
