Leadership Chester County (LCC, previously known as Chester County Leadership Connection or CCLC), was developed in 2000 to expand the pool of talent on local nonprofit boards of directors. LCC is a program of the United Way of Chester County, in partnership with West Chester University and Chester County Chamber of Business & Industry. LCC educates business people who want to serve their communit
