New PA Project Education Fund The New PA Project Education Fund (NPPEF) is a 501(c)(3) nonpartisan organization.

We can register you to vote, provide year-round civic education and help mobilize you to vote in every election - twice a year!

The 2030 Census is more than a population count. It helps determine political representation, informs federal funding decisions, and provides critical data used to identify disparities and protect civil rights.

Proposed changes to the 2030 Census could threaten the visibility and representation of Black and Brown communities.
