Today, we're celebrating Dev and Kahvah, two incredible facilitators who bring heart, dedication, and purpose to our B.R.I.D.G.E. program. 🌟

The work you do goes far beyond facilitating sessions. You're helping create safe spaces where girls feel heard, valued, supported, and empowered to discover their own strength.

You aren't just guiding conversations. You're helping shape confidence, inspire healing, and build the next generation of fearless young women.

Her story began with loss, but it didn't end there. ❤️

Meggan Thompson, President & CEO of Dress for Success, lost her father at a young age. But her father's absence did not define her future. Through resilience, determination, and purpose, she built a life of leadership and impact.

For Ashley Kirklen, her parents' divorce brought a different kind of challenge, navigating a strained relationship with her father and the emotions that came with it.

Her story reminds us that fatherlessness isn't always about physical absence. Sometimes, it's about emotional distance, broken connections, and the healing that follows.

When women invest in girls, possibilities multiply. đź’ś
Each Fearless Award honoree is paired with a B.R.I.D.G.E. mentee for four months of connection, encouragement, and growth.

From October through January, each pair will connect at least every two weeks in person, by phone, or virtually to build trust, nurture confidence, and explore what’s possible.

Behind every photo is a relationship beginning and a girl with a future worth investing in. ✨
