🏳️‍🌈 Pride Is for Everyone!

What a beautiful morning in Chester County! Today we raised the Pride flag together — a powerful symbol of love, belonging, and the strength of our community. Elected officials, advocates, and neighbors stood side by side in solidarity to celebrate Pride Month and reaffirm that everyone is welcome here.

Today we were proud to be joined by County Commissioner Josh Maxwell and County Commissioner Marian Moskowitz, Phoenixville Mayor Peter Urscheler, Downingtown Mayor Erica Deuso, LGBT Equality Alliance of Chester County President Carrie Stare, West Chester Area School District School Board member Laura Detre, and PFLAG West Chester/Chester County leadership — all standing together in celebration and solidarity.

We are so fortunate to live in a community that uplifts, celebrates, and protects every member of the LGBTQ+ family. Today’s flag raising is a reminder that love always wins — and that Chester County stands firmly in solidarity.

Whether you’re just beginning to navigate this path or have been on it for years, every dad’s experience matters. No scripts. No judgment. Just real conversations, good company, and a hearty meal. Bring your questions, your hopes, and your open heart. We’re stronger when we support each other!

✨🌈 PFLAG Family Meet-Up Recap 🌈✨

WOW, what a day! 🎉

There is nothing quite like being in a room full of families who just get it. We laughed, we connected, we made new friends, jammed out to some great music, snacked our hearts out 🍿, and… our personal favorite… we bedazzled some incredible queer-authored and queer-themed books because art deserves MORE sparkle. ✨📚💎

A HUGE thank you to the West Chester Area YMCA for sharing your pavilion and giving us such a beautiful space to gather on a gorgeous day. We are so grateful! 🏳️‍🌈💛

This community is everything. Keep showing up for each other! It matters more than you know. 💪❤️
