We want to give away big shout out to our Packers tonight the Girl Scouts troop 3028 and they also made a donation of 180 items and packed 390 packs tonight way to go...

What a day for us thank you Central Presbyterian Church on Lamme Rd. They donated 236 items tonight and a monetary donation..Thank you all for such a wonderful donation for our students and helping our cause.

Wow what a winter wonderland we are in right now.. Brrrr. With saying that we are back to normal packing schedule for the remainder of the 2026 school year if your still needing Vollenteer hours or service hours we could use your help Tomorrow Thursday night 6pm located behind Payne Rec Center in the old concession stand next to baseball field. If you cant make it tomorrow check out our sign-up Genius with additional days still open. We hope to see you tomorrow night.

PS we have a heated building this year so will be warm when packing.

Please see a post for Volunteers needed for Food Delivery between 9 and 11:30 am for 60 families in our area. If you can help please reach out to the email listed below in message sent to us from the West Carrollton Food Drive Committee. If you have time Saturday to go out and help distribute food they would love to have you.

Welcome back West Carrollton Schools. We have completed our second week of packing. Just wanted to send out a few updates and reminders. IN case you have not gotten your packs this year for your student(s).

With all the new schools & students coming and going a new Pirate Pack applications MUST be done each school year at one of the schools. So if you have multiple children in different schools only 1 application is needed just make sure each child is listed and which school they attend.

You must get the application from any of the schools office you can call to request one sent home or go and pick one up they will not be sent home in first of year important school packs or on final forms.

Thank you for the warm welcome at this years open houses we will be sending info out soon to those who sign our sign up sheets that would like more information about vollenteering, or were interested in a board position to help with our cause.

The new 2025/2026 packing schedule is now up and pinned to our page and will be uploaded to website soon. We use sign up genius so if you have a group who would like to help, or have a student who needs service hours we can help with that we are a 501c3 charity.

Let's have a great new year and again if you have not seen your packs sent home yet with your student you need to reach out to the school to get this started.

Welcome back West Carrollton Schools. DUE TO Homecoming Parade tonight We will not be packing tonight. They have already been completed. Please enjoy supporting the schools and students at the parade. We will see you all next week.
