Introducing Soulful Sessions. ✨

We built this program because we kept seeing the same thing: girls showing up together but not really with each other. Eyes on screens. Connections on the surface.
So we created a space to change that.

Soulful Sessions is a brand-new, 100% phone-free experience for girls ages 8–12. Every phone and smart watch is collected at check-in and returned at pick-up — because real connection happens when we look up.

Each 90-minute session is led by our incredible teen volunteers and filled with creative projects, group games, collaborative challenges, and conversation. No pressure. No performance. Just girls being fully, authentically present with each other.

This is what we believe every girl deserves — a space to unplug, exhale, and actually connect.

Our debut session is Sunday, March 15 from 10:00–11:30 AM. 💜
