Our Soulful Girls Club got to celebrate Fan Appreciation Day at the Brockton Rox game today. Better yet, our girl Regan got to throw out THE FIRST PITCH! πŸ’ͺπŸ’œ

And she was INCREDIBLE. Confidence. Strength. Pride. All of it!

We were joined on the field by the Bridgewater League teamβ€”who just made their historic FIRST-EVER appearance at the 2026 Little League World Series. πŸ†πŸ’œ

This is what it's all about: girls showing up, shining bright, celebrating their own, and being part of something bigger than themselves.

Last night we gathered for our first-ever SGC Friendship Pizza Party - and we are still smiling. πŸ’œ

Girls with and without intellectual disabilities, side by side. Making bracelets. Decorating. Eating pizza. Laughing.

No helpers. No volunteers. No participants.

Just teenage girls - showing up for each other, adding value to each other's lives, and learning from one another in ways you simply cannot plan or program.

That's what makes these spaces different. When girls come together as equals - really together - everyone grows. Everyone is changed by it. The girl who came thinking she had something to offer discovers she has even more to receive. And the girl who came not knowing what to expect finds herself seen, valued, and celebrated exactly as she is.

That is belonging. That is inclusion. And that is what we are building more of.

This one is bittersweet. πŸ’œ

Coach Juliette, but Jet to our Soulful Girls, has officially started her new chapter -- she and her family have made the move to South Carolina -- and The Soul Project will never quite be the same without her.

As one of our Soul Power Play fitness coaches, Juliette brought something to every retreat, every workshop, and every program that you simply cannot teach. She showed up with energy that filled the room, pushed our girls past what they thought they were capable of, and made every single one of them believe they were stronger than they knew.

Her motto? Be savage.

Not reckless. Not unkind. But bold. Fearless. All in -- whether in your workout or in your life.

Our girls heard that. And they carried it with them.

Coach Juliette, thank you for every sprint, every burpee, every challenge, every moment you refused to let a girl give up on herself. You made our programs stronger, our girls braver, and our community richer for having you in it.

South Carolina -- you are so lucky. 🌟

We love you, we are cheering you on, and we will miss you more than words. Go be savage out there. πŸ’œ

To the incredible team at NRT Sheep Pasture and especially to Jenn Smith --THANK YOU for opening your beautiful grounds to us for our FIRST ANNUAL Soulful Girls Club Friendship Retreat! πŸ’œ

Your perfect venue made all the difference. The nature trails. The open grasslands. The peaceful, inclusive space where our girls could explore, create, connect, and simply BELONG. And a special thank you for the hay rideβ€”it was the perfect way to end our morning of friendship and joy! 🚜

It's easy to plan an event. It's rare to find a partner who truly understands the mission and opens their doors with such generosity and warmth.
