As our Thrive: Soulful Women’s Program Coordinator and Life Coach, Kaitlynn shows up with her whole heart for the women in our community. She holds space, she guides, she uplifts, and she transforms lives one session at a time.

And if that wasn’t enough, Kaitlynn also shows up for our Soul Power Play girls, fostering their physical and mental health and reminding them just how powerful they truly are.

Today, we’re celebrating someone who is always celebrating everyone else. ❤️ Happy 40th birthday to our Christine McDonough - Conscious Wellness & Movement.

Christine gives so generously of her time, talent, and heart. She shows up, goes above and beyond, and looks for ways to help the people around her feel supported and capable - especially the girls she coaches.

She listens closely, lives her values, and sees the best in people, often helping them see it in themselves. Christine is our Director of Operations & Marketing and leads our Newton SGC chapter, but if we actually gave her a title that captured every role she fills at The Soul Project, it would be a page long! 😊

Christine, we love you and are so grateful for all you bring to this community. We hope your day is filled with joy, good food, love, and laughter, and that you feel as celebrated as you make everyone else feel.

🏀 Friendships that started at Soulful Girls Club, showing up everywhere.

Today, three of our Soulful Girls Club members ran into each other on the court at a Unified Basketball game, Silver Lake High School vs. Plymouth North High School, an inclusive sports program giving students of all abilities the chance to play together.

This is what we love to see. The friendships our girls build at club nights don’t stay there. They carry into school, into sports, into everyday life. Seeing them cheer each other on today was such a proud moment.

So proud of these girls. 💜
