Troops 971 leadership was recognized at the Shoreline District - BSA Award Banquet last night in Auburn Michigan. The Troops received the Journey to Excellence Gold Award recognition for the quality program and Troop 971-G received the OA Unit of Excellence Award for 2023. Mrs Biermann received the Scouter's Training Award for Scouts BSA and Mr Biermann received the Scoutmaster Key Award.

Pack 3971 leadership was recognized at the Shoreline District - BSA Award Banquet last night in Auburn Michigan. Abby O'Farrell received the Den Leader Training Award. Calli Lawe-Barr received the Den Leader Training Award and the Unit Leader Award of Merit for Cubmaster. The Pack also received the Journey to Excellence Gold Award recognition for the quality program that the Cub pack provides to Ogemaw County youth.
