The Top Ten Seniors were presented to the OHHS School Board tonight. Nine of the ten are members of our NHS and five are Officers. Very proud of all of them! Congratulations for being such great students and thank you for the many hours of volunteering in our community. You are appreciated!

Volunteer Opportunity: Ogemaw Bulldogs are having a home meet on Saturday, January 4th and they need several volunteers for different jobs. The time slots are 8-11:00am, 10:45-2:00, and 1:45pm-End. Please email Mrs. Dowell at [email protected] for more information. Remember first semester hours need to be completed by Jan.22 so this would be an excellent opportunity to pick some up.

We are at Walmart today collecting for the Salvation Army in memory of Luke Kartes. Our opening shift is Aubrey McDaniel, Lauren DeShano, and Addison McDaniel. Great job of volunteering ladies!

Our next NHS meeting will be Thursday, September 5, 2024 in the library after school. All returning juniors and seniors should be there and bring your volunteer hours from 2023-2024 if you have not turned them in. See you soon!

It was a bittersweet day for the NHS today. We say goodbye and thank our outgoing officers for their wonderful work this past year. You will be missed Jaime Charles, Camille Pennell, Hunter Mabe, Connor Engelhardt, Lucy Luptowski, and Donovan Coates. We welcome our new officers Molly Morrison-VP, Kyler Weisend-Parlimentarian, Chloe Trombley-Secretary, Annabelle Leathorn-Secretary, Jack Bruder-Digital Historian, Luke Williams-Digital Historian The ceremony was led by our returning President Somer Sappington and Vice-President Ava Stinson. Great job! Very proud of all our 2023-2024 members who have volunteered almost 2000 hours to West Branch/Rose City and the surrounding communities. 👏👏👏
