We are without a teacher Monday night (August 24), and have to cancel. Nanci will be back on the mat next Monday, August 31st. Thank you for your understanding, and see you then! 🧘‍♀️

Update on alex Constan’s Pan Mass challenge ride today - Alex Constan is cranking along and just left Brewster on his way to Provincetown. He’s doing fantastic and feeling great! Go Alex! 🚴‍♂️❤️

Embrace your intention to make time for YOU ... whether you're a beginner or have been practicing yoga for a while, please join us for an inspirational class where you can reset from the demands of life, strengthen your body and invigorate your mind, body & soul.

$10 drop-in fee (sign in at the table located in the rear of the room and place $10 in the bucket) ~ no commitment ~ please bring your mat ~ we provide blocks

Where: Lincoln Hall (upstairs), 563 Main Street (intersection of Route 133 and Main), Boxford. There's plenty of parking on the side and in the back. It's the perfect way to begin your week!

🚵‍♀️ Just a short week away is the PanMass Challenge, and our dear friend, Alex Constan, is riding to raise funds for cancer treatment and research at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute. Many of you know Alex from him volunteering his time and his expertise at many community events and town boards (and as an awesome photographer) at just about every event in Boxford - year after year! This year, he is riding for our board member Becky Potts, who volunteers tirelessly for WBIS and our community, and is the backbone of our weekly yoga classes as well as Boxford’s annual Winter Fest.

Please consider supporting Alex’s ride and help stomp out this nasty disease! All rider-raised revenue goes directly to support cancer research and patient care through the Jimmy Fund and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Go Alex! Monday night yoga canceled today, July 20 - The Town has notified us that the floor and stage in Lincoln Hall will be refinished on Monday, July 20, so there will be no yoga class on July 20. We are hopeful it will all be completed so that we can resume our weekly classes next week!
