🏈 5th Annual Thanksgiving Berlin Bowl 🏈

This Wednesday night we’re talking about love: how we love ourselves and others, what it feels like to love, and when love gets complicated.

Teen Talks are free, weekly groups for teens to talk about the things that are coming up in their lives. Join a group of ~15 peers in talking about mental health and the things that affect it.

Our mental health resource fair from 4-5pm - before the event begins at 5pm - will include a raffle with these items and more! The resource fair will also include therapy dogs, a photo booth, and much more you will not want to miss.

This event focuses on telling the people in our lives what we wish they knew about our mental health journeys with honesty and openness, surrounded by love and support. 💜

4 speakers will share their stories of what goes on beneath the surface and the challenges they face.

The event is hosted by Friendship Circle UMatter, Friendship Circle’s program focused on teen mental health and su***de awareness.
