NO SWIMMING / BOAT USE 8/18 UNTIL AFTER 3PM

Due to water treatments taking place at the lake, we have been advised to not allow swimmers or boats in the water until after 3pm this Thursday, August 18 so the treatment can settle without disruption. Thanks.

Due to water treatments taking place at the lake, we have been advised to not allow swimmers on both Monday and Thursday and no boats in the water for that entire day on Thursday. Thanks.

SPECIAL TOWN HALL MEETING

FOR ALL MEMBERS OF LONE PINE ASSOCIATION

Dear Members,

The docks took an incredible beating last year and spent a good amount of time underwater. Several sections need to be replaced and/or repaired. We do patchwork each year and the costs continue to go up. The current docks need to be replaced. If we don’t act this spring, we may not have docks to install in 2023.

WE NEED A MAJORITY VOTE OF ALL STOCKHOLDERS TO MOVE FORWARD WITH ANY DOCK REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENT.

We urge all members to attend this meeting to learn of plans and ask questions so that it may be voted on at the annual meeting (June 8th).

NOTICE: Our annual meeting will be held Wednesday, June 8 at 7pm at the Bloomfield Township Hall (4200 Telegraph Rd). Please plan on attending (or turning in your proxy sheet) so we can vote on a number of topics.

Also, make sure to check your mail as the annual dues packets went out this week. Can’t wait to see everyone when the beach opens Memorial Day Weekend. 🇺🇸
