Thank you to everyone who came out to the annual meeting today. It was one of the largest attendances in recent years!
Unfortunately the board member who maintains this site was not re-elected. Please continue to share the page and post comments photos and concerns. However, nobody from the current board has shown their support for this page by "liking" it so don't expect any questions to be answered. Please direct any matters that need attention from the board to the appropriate authorities. Your can find a list of current board members at www.casslakeside.org.

ANNUAL MEETING & ELECTIONS THIS SUNDAY, MAY 6 @ NOON.

The Annual Meeting of the Cass Lakeside Community Association will be held on Sunday, May 6, 2012 at the Community Center on Greer.

At the meeting we will be electing new Officers, Board Members and Committee Members.

You can vote via written proxy, your Proxy Statement must be dated and include the name, address and signature of the voting member.

If you are a renter you must have a proxy statement signed and dated by the homeowner.

The Nominating committee has identified this slate of Officers who have volunteered to run the Association Board of Directors for 2012-2013

President: Marc Edelstein
Vice President: Christopher Letts
Treasurer: Cathy O'Connell
Secretary: Raffi Bogosian
Board Members: Mike Kulig, Steve O'Conner, Paul Tennison and Ruth Hanson

Members are entitled to one vote regardless of improved properties they own.

Canal & Beach cleanup this Sunday ! We are looking for volunteers to help get our neighborhood ready for summer! We will be meeting at the community center and will venture out from there. Please bring yard tools and anything else that would assist in the effort. Look forward to seeing you soon!
