9-2 today!!! Before you hit the West Bend Farmers Market, come grab a brat, burger or hot dog in the FINAL brat fry of 2025 West Bend Sausage Plus! We are in the hunt to raise funds today to buy a wiring harness for our van so we can see how see how gas we have during parades and end that saga! Winter project, here we come!

If anyone thought that we would go anywhere this morning without running out of gas, you were dead wrong! We had about 4 ounces left in the gas can, so we dumped it into the gas tank and we were able to go four blocks before running out of gas right to the gas station on Main Street 25 feet away! See you at the West Bend July 4 parade!

Our Story

In 2016, we inadvertently turned a haphazard car show into a full-blown fundraiser for Michael Orban (@RecoveryHappened). A Vietnam War Veteran providing counseling to veterans and families from Iraq and Afghanistan Wars to Vietnam. Through the support of Washington County's communities, we raised more than $4,000 for Orban's homegrown podcast and outreach.

Now, to keep this project going in Washington County, we chose The Youth and Family Project our of West Bend as 2018's program we will support and fundraise on behalf of.

We rely on the support of enthusiasts, sponsors, contributors and supporters and know our local support system is crucial to the ex*****on of our mission. A cruise with a cause! Put the pedal down in support of The Youth and Family Project!

YFP provides free, short-term counseling to youth in crisis and their families. Additional services offered through this program include: emergency, short-term shelter, education, referral and the availability of a 24-hour Helpline.
