Join us in welcoming Jaime!
Weโre excited to officially introduce Jaime Craig as UCCIโs incoming Executive Director.
Jim Schleif will continue serving as Executive Director through December, and over the coming months weโll be sharing more about this thoughtful leadership transition.
Jaime has been with UCCI for four years and has spent the last two as Managing Director of Daycholah Center. Her work has touched nearly every part of camp life, from summer camp and retreats to fundraising, facilities, marketing, long-term planning, and new opportunities that strengthen Daycholahโs sustainability.
At the heart of her leadership is a deep belief in creating places where people feel welcomed, supported, and connected. That mission is personal for Jaime, too. As a parent of five, including a child on the autism spectrum and a transgender child, she has seen firsthand how powerful it can be for young people to find a place where they truly belong.
One of her children said it best after camp: โMom, I found my people.โ๐
That sense of belonging is something Jaime hopes to continue strengthening across UCCI.
Weโre grateful to have Jim with us through the end of the year, and excited for Jaime to step into this next role.
