🌿 Revive Me Wellness Favorites 🌿

We’re always looking for simple ways to support the body’s natural rhythms—and grounding is one of our wellness favorites! 💚

A grounding mat is designed to connect your body to the Earth’s electrical potential while you rest or sleep. Early research on grounding/earthing has explored potential effects on sleep, stress, pain, inflammation, recovery, and overall well-being, although the evidence is still limited and more high-quality research is needed.

✨ Why we love incorporating grounding into a wellness routine:

Encourages relaxation and a sense of calm
May support more restful sleep
May help with post-exercise recovery and discomfort
Creates an easy way to incorporate grounding indoors
Requires almost no extra time—simply use it while you sleep or relax

Our personal favorite grounding mat is from GroundLuxe. 🌎💤

🌿 Wellness Wednesday Health Tip: Let’s Talk About Alkalinity!

You may have heard people talk about being “too acidic” or eating a more alkaline diet—but what does that actually mean?

One important distinction: your body tightly regulates the pH of your blood, primarily through your lungs and kidneys. Eating alkaline foods does not significantly change your blood pH. Where nutrition does matter is in providing the vitamins, minerals, fiber, antioxidants, and plant compounds your body needs to function well.

🥬 So instead of focusing on trying to “alkalize your blood,” think about building a more nutrient-rich internal environment.

A great place to start is by eating more whole, plant-forward foods such as leafy greens, vegetables, fruits, herbs, avocados, nuts and seeds, while reducing highly processed foods and excess added sugar.

💧 Hydration matters, too. Water supports normal kidney function, which plays an important role in maintaining your body's natural acid-base balance.

As I talk about in today's video, supplements can also be used to complement nutrition when appropriate—but they should be just that: a supplement to a healthy foundation, not a replacement for one.

At Revive Me Healing Center, our philosophy is to give the body the foundational support it needs to function at its best.

✨ Renew your mind. Restore your body. Revive your life.

✨ INTRODUCING THE REVIVER IDENTITY ✨

At Revive Me, we believe healing is about more than feeling better.

It’s about becoming.

Becoming stronger.
Becoming more intentional.
Becoming more connected to your body, mind, spirit, and purpose.
Becoming someone who refuses to believe that where you are today has to be where you stay.

That person is a REVIVER. 🌿

A Reviver is someone who chooses to take an active role in renewing what has been depleted, restoring what has been neglected, and reviving the parts of life that have gone quiet.

Maybe you're ready to revive your energy.

Your health.

Your mindset.

Your faith.

Your confidence.

Your strength.

Or maybe life has taken you through a season where you've lost a little bit of you… and you're ready to find that person again.

Being a Reviver doesn't mean you've arrived.

It means you've decided to begin. 💚

This is the heart behind everything we're building at Revive Me Healing Center—a community where people are supported as they pursue renewal in mind, body, and spirit.

Because ultimately, Revive Me isn't just the name of our center.

It's an invitation.

✨ Renew Your Mind.
🌿 Restore Your Body.
🔥 Revive Your Life.

So I want to ask you something…

WHAT ARE YOU READY TO REVIVE?

Drop your answer in the comments. 👇

One word. One area of your life. One thing you're ready to reclaim.

I am a Reviver. Are you? 💚

✨ BROKEN. MENDED. MOLDED. ✨

Those three words became the title of my chapter in The Power of YES.

But today, they mean even more to me than they did when I first put my story on paper.

When I wrote “Broken, Mended, and Molded,” I was telling the story of seasons in my life that didn’t make sense while I was living through them. Seasons that felt like interruptions. Detours. Setbacks. Moments when the life I thought I was building suddenly looked very different than the one in front of me.

At the time, I couldn't always see what those experiences were creating.

I could only see what was being broken.
But looking back, I can see the mending.
And now, I can see the molding.

The experiences I once wished I could erase became part of the preparation for the work I am doing today.

They changed the way I see healing.
They changed the way I listen to people who are struggling to find answers.
They changed the way I think about purpose.
And ultimately, they helped give birth to Revive Me Healing Center.

Revive Me isn't simply a business I decided to open. It grew from my own journey of searching, learning, rebuilding, healing and discovering that sometimes the road you never planned to travel becomes the very road that leads you to your purpose.

As I approach my 50th birthday and look toward this next chapter of my life, I understand “Broken, Mended, and Molded” differently.

Broken doesn't have to mean finished.
Mended doesn't have to mean returning to exactly who you were before.
And Molded means allowing every chapter—the beautiful ones and the painful ones—to shape you into someone capable of serving a purpose bigger than yourself.

Some of the things I once considered interruptions were actually redirections.
Some of my hardest seasons became preparation.
Some of the questions I couldn't answer then make much more sense from where I stand today.

Maybe that's why the word Revive means so much to me.

To revive is more than getting something back.
It's discovering what can come alive because of everything you've walked through.

As I enter this next chapter, my prayer is that I can take everything I've learned, everything I've overcome and everything I've been entrusted with—and use it to help more people renew their minds, restore their bodies and revive their lives.

My story isn't finished.

In many ways, I feel like I'm just getting to the part where I understand why some of the earlier chapters had to be written.

Broken. Mended. Molded.

And now...

Revived. 💚

💚 REVIVE ME SUCCESS STORY: From Persistent Head Pain to Renewed Strength & Confidence

This one is especially close to my heart because this Reviver happens to be my mom. ❤️

After being injured in a car accident in September 2025, she began experiencing persistent and debilitating head pain. After months of searching for answers, she finally received a diagnosis of occipital neuralgia in May of 2026.

Her neurologist recommended an integrative approach to support her recovery, including craniosacral therapy, Red Light Therapy, PEMF, and other holistic therapies as appropriate, along with physical therapy.

That began a collaborative healing journey.

Her craniosacral and physical therapy was overseen by Emily Yenor at 1212 Bodyworks, while we developed a personalized supportive care plan at Revive Me Healing Center incorporating:

✨ Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
✨ rTMS
✨ Red Light Therapy
✨ PEMF Therapy
✨ Consistent supportive care approximately twice weekly over the past 12 weeks

And the change she reports has been remarkable. 💚

Today, she describes her head pain as minimal—typically just a 1–2 out of 10.

But what excites me just as much are the changes that go beyond the original reason she came to us.

She reports:

🌿 Renewed physical strength
🌿 Greater confidence in movement
🌿 Significant reduction in head pain
🌿 Substantial relief from her osteoarthritis discomfort
🌿 Increased energy
🌿 Improved mood
🌿 An overall feeling of rejuvenation

Watching her regain confidence in her body has been incredibly meaningful to me—not only as the founder of Revive Me Healing Center, but as her daughter.

This is what the word REVIVE means to me.

Sometimes healing isn't about one therapy or one appointment. It's about looking at the whole person, collaborating with other professionals, and creating a supportive environment where the body has the opportunity to move toward greater function, strength, and quality of life.

Renew. Restore. REVIVE. 💚

If you or someone you love has been struggling after an injury, with chronic discomfort, or simply feels like you've lost some of your strength and vitality, we'd love to introduce you to the integrative wellness options available at Revive Me Healing Center.
