Wesley Chapel Friends of Parks & Rec Wesley Chapel Friends of Parks & Recreation was founded to promote the parks and recreation opportunities available in the Village of Wesley Chapel.

We love parks! Especially Dogwood Park, Wesley Chapel's first park (121 Lester Davis Road Waxhaw, NC 28173). It's a 22.6 acre passive park with a pond and hilly terrain. We can't wait for it to open, but it will take the support of our citizens to make our park a reality!

Wesley Chapel has lost its voice. If you have been to WCFOPR's past events, you were entertained by Craig Winslow of Tiki Hut Entertainment, our DJ and emcee for all our festivals. Craig set the tone for all our events with his spirit of family oriented fun and enthusiasm. It is with sadness we let you know that Craig passed away on the 12th from cancer. We will miss his humor, his kindness, and his passion for his community.
