Something new is coming to the Foundation of Caring Fall Market!

This year, we’re excited to introduce our first annual Community Health Connections, a health fair created to connect our community with local healthcare providers, organizations, and resources.

Join us on Saturday, November 7th from 8:00 AM–1:00 PM at Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health in Zephyrhills for a morning focused on health, wellness, and connecting our community with valuable local resources.
