Jr. Miss Texas Onion Fest

I’ve always loved letting my imagination wander and seeing where my words take me. Writing gives me a chance to be creative, share my ideas, and tell stories in my own way. ✍️💜

This year, I entered The Bryan Museum’s 2026 I Am Texas Writing and Art Contest, which brings together young writers and artists from across Texas. I’m so happy to share that I was named a writing finalist and am the only student from Weslaco ISD selected!

What makes this even more special is that my writing will be published in the 2026 Historian’s Journal and become part of the museum’s permanent library collection. Something that started with my imagination will now have a place for others to read!

I’ve also been invited to the reception in Galveston on November 22. I hope to be able to attend and celebrate this experience while continuing to represent my school and Weslaco the best that I can.

Sharing the love of reading! 📚💜

As Jr. Miss Texas Onion Fest, I’m happy to support my school by donating books to Central Middle School’s Fall Book Drive! Every book is a chance for someone to discover a new adventure. ✨

Thank you to our Student Body President and Book Ambassador, Zenil Cuellar, for leading this project!

You can help, too! Donate new or gently used, middle school–appropriate books now through October 2. Let’s fill more bookshelves and inspire more readers! 💜🐾

What a GREAT evening at last night’s September Alfresco! ✨💗

I had so much fun being there, meeting everyone, spreading smiles, and passing out some special accessories with “Be Kind” sayings on the back! 🥰✨ It was such a fun way to share my platform of Inner Beauty & Kindness and remind everyone that a little kindness can make a BIG difference. 💕👑

From the music and dancing to all the smiles and good vibes, it was definitely a night to remember! 💃🎶

And a HUGE shoutout to the dance battle winner who took home an awesome TV! 📺🏆 What an exciting way to end the night!

Thank you to everyone who made September Alfresco such a wonderful evening. I’m so grateful I got to be part of it! 💗

Be kind. Be you. Let your inner beauty shine! ✨
