Supporting the fight against cancer and improved patient care has always been core to our mission at TSBC. Most recently, the Tammy Stratman Brown Charities Foundation has worked closely with American Cancer Society Hope Lodge - St. Louis during their renovation and careful re-opening through the COVID pandemic. Our family was honored to tour Hope Lodge before the opening and see the beautiful facility, including a room dedicated to Tammy.

American Cancer Society is celebrating big news going into this new year with another record breaking 1-year drop in cancer deaths! They now report a 31% decline in cancer deaths since its peak in 1991.

Thank you to all of our dedicated volunteers and donors who have helped contribute to ACS through the years. Together we have averted an estimated 3.2 million deaths caused of cancer from 1991-2018.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. In honor of this, we would like to highlight a local organization we partner with.

The founder, Beth, is doing some amazing things in our community connecting patients with providers.

These resources can go such a long way for those going through the tolls of Breast Cancer.

Please pass on this organization if you, someone you love, or anyone you know is battling breast cancer.

“This organization means a lot to me. If only I had been apart of something like this during my journey. I’d love to get word of this organization out so others can have that opportunity.” -Vicki Stratman Lederer, survivor.

We are sad to announce that the Tammy Stratman Brown Charities Golf Tournament has been canceled for this year. The foundation will still be supporting both the American Cancer Society and Stand Up to Cancer this year with our annual donation. We have already raised over $220,000 for these two organizations for the past 15 years. We still plan to donate over $30,000 this year to these organizations continuing our annual commitments and partnerships. In addition, we will continue to donate to food shelters in our local area to support people impacted by Covid-19. This year there are many people in need and we at Tammy Stratman Brown Charities will continue to help support our local community when and where we can.

Our food packaging event with Kids Against Hunger happened last Saturday. KAH facilitates a food packing yearly with our team to fight hunger across the globe. Thank you to Cheryl Russell who organizes the event and our employees, their families, and community members who attend. We couldn’t do it without you!

Annually, Tammy Stratman Brown Charities, Kids Against Hunger - St. Peters, and the employees of RK Stratman partner for a food packaging event. KAH facilitates food packaging events to help battle hunger across the globe. At RK Stratman, we are proud to have worked with KAH for 8 years now. Thank you to Cheryl Russell who organizes the event and our employees, their families, and community members who attend.
