We are incredibly grateful to Samuel Meyer for choosing Helping Hands 4 Families as the focus of his Eagle Scout project! 🙌🏼

Samuel has taken on the task of designing and building three mobile storage tote organizers for our donation room—each on rolling caster wheels for easy mobility. Even more thoughtfully, each unit included 27-gallon storage totes with labels. This will make a huge impact on how we serve our families and keep our space efficient and accessible.

Becoming an Eagle Scout is no small accomplishment. It takes years of hard work, leadership, planning, and dedication to reach this level. From developing a project plan to coordinating materials and ex*****on, Samuel has shown true commitment and initiative throughout this process.

We are honored to be a small part of his journey to achieving the rank of Eagle Scout and so thankful for the time, energy, and heart he has poured into this project. 💙

Thank you, Samuel, for making a lasting difference in our organization and for the families we serve!

Thank you to our volunteers and especially our lead volunteers, Michelle Lovelace and Mary Krupka. We would not have survived these last months without you.

Today Michelle Lovelace, Amanda and Harper White, and Katie Buxton spent their Friday restocking the sharing shed, labeling and unpacking food donations, organizing and sorting through clothing donations and swapping out summer and winter clothing to get ready for our April pick ups. It really takes a village to support our community and we are so grateful.

Happy Friday and have a wonderful weekend!

Wholeheartedly,

The Helping Hands Crew
