Hiking Miles 4 Smiles We're two friends who hiked the Appalachian Trail in 2016 and raised over $10,000 for su***de prevention. Stay tuned for future plans and hiking adventures.

Two years later, we founded The Shine Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving mental health education in schools. Follow us as we share our favorite pictures & stories from the trail and AT planning guides for those of you who aspire to conquer the trail!! We hope to shed light on mental health conditions and su***de prevention while continuing to fundraise and share our stories.
