The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Scout Law. We meet every Monday (during the school year) from 7 pm to 8:30 pm at the Wenham Scout Barn - 91 Grapevine Road. You may also contact us by email at [email protected]

Friday was another day of activities for the scouts, closing out a week of advancement, breaking of camp and a final salute to the American flag at closing ceremonies. It was a fantastic week and the scouts thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it. Good luck to Drago Murphy, Elliot Hockle, Asher Neil and Robert Wilson who will attend camp again next week as Thunderbirds!

Thursday activities included zip line, paddle board for ten, more kayaking and canoeing, s’mores, pizza and more! Last night at camp with a warm fire and tired scouts. We had the honor of lowering the flags at evening ceremony and the boys did a great job!

Today started off as Tropical Tuesday and dry, then in true tropical fashion went south fast after lunch. Wet shoes, went tents, wet gear! We’ve survived and boys seem unaffected by the weather (can’t same the same for the adults), but we still have a night of showers ahead of us! Thinking of all you dry folks out there.
