This study is for any woman who loves, leads, mentors, teaches, or cares for girls. 💛

Free Indeed Recovery and Counseling Ministries is offering a 6-week women’s book study based on�Raising Worry-Free Girls by Sissy Goff.
As anxiety continues to rise among women and girls, many moms, grandmas, and caregivers are carrying more than they realize — often quietly. This study is designed to be a safe, compassionate space for women, where honest conversation is welcomed.

Free Indeed Recovery and Counseling Ministries is hosting a 6-week women’s book study based on�“Raising Worry-Free Girls”
by Sissy Goff.

With the rising levels of anxiety among women and girls, we believe this conversation is more important than ever. This study is designed to be a safe, supportive space for women — moms, grandmas, and caregivers — to speak honestly about their own struggles and the struggles of the girls they love.
Together, we will focus on:�✨ Understanding anxiety and its impact�✨ Educating women�✨ Developing healthy coping skills�✨ Learning how to model those skills for the girls in our lives
