Wrapping up the conference with the last few courses.

See you all in a year. Keep an eye out for the house line up for 2027.

Day 2 is complete with courses delivered in the EMS, Energy, and Leadership tracks. Tonight's event is the corn hole tournament - food and beverages provided - and prizes for 1st and 2nd place, teams of 2.

Tomorrow will bring the conference to a wrap, until 2027.

The 2026 WFC's Fire Training, Safety, and Officer's Officer Education Conference launched yesterday with some great courses. Over the next few days, attendees will have courses aligned with 3 themes: EMS, Energy, and Leadership; with a course on training props - including many brought from the state - on the last day.

The 2026 Washington Fire Chief’s Training, Safety, Officer’s section “Officer Education Conference” is coming up.

We have a great line up of speakers and courses, including FDNY Lieutenant Joe Torrillo!

As this is the 25th anniversary of 9/11, Lt. Torrillo will share his experience being buried, crushed, and bleeding under the rubble of the South Tower during Sept. 11.
