Living with a chronic health condition (or caring for someone who is) comes with its own kind of learning curve. This free 6-week virtual workshop is designed to help.

Starting July 21, this Chronic Disease Self-Management Workshop gives you practical tools for navigating day-to-day life with conditions like anxiety, heart disease, IBD, kidney disease, asthma, Parkinson's, stroke, chronic pain, cancer, and more. It's also proven effective for caregivers.

Sessions run Tuesdays from 9:30am to 12:00pm, July 21 through August 25, all delivered virtually via Zoom. Once you register, the program coordinator will send you everything you need to join.
